If 8 machines produce 560 clips in 1 minute than 20 machines will produce in x clips in 1 minute
8 machines = 560 clips in 1 minute
20 machines = x clips in 1 minute
On cross multiplying
$$x=\frac{560\cdot20}{8}=1400\ clips\ in\ 1\ \minute$$
So, if 20 machines produce 1400 clips in 1 minute, then they will produce 1400 chips in 6 minutes.
1400 clips = 1 min
x clips = 6 mins
x = 1400 * 6 =8400.

Solution:

We see that one machine can produce 560/8 = 70 paperclips per minute; therefore, 20 machines can produce 20 x 70 x 6 = 8400 paperclips in 6 minutes.
