Hello experts,
As is known that gmat quite often uses dummy pronoun(expletive/placeholder) that refers to infinitive or that clause.
Does there also acts the same way?
i) there is a cat--> no refernce where it is
ii)there is a cat in the house--> where ? in the house --> this one acts more like the expletive it
In GMAT are both above sentences acceptable? or does GMAT applies the same rule for there as it applies for expletive it
