When you are doing the math problems, how long does it take you to recognize that you aren't close to solving a problem? Usually when I'm doing the quant section, I will evaluate if I think I am close to solving the problem after a minute and if not, I will attempt to see if I can eliminate answers and do my best to guess. Most people have to guess on some questions because the CAT is going to push you to your limit. Attempt to get good at recognizing when you aren't on the right track and begin to start guessing when you recognize this.
