There must be supervision for every level of management even for the highest level of employees of a management. Because without supervision , the employess cannot be productive and follow the company's rules and regulations.
Autonomy system of goverment has many complications in the long run . Every person has varied personalities and accordingly they exhibit different techniques in handling varied situations.So if major decisions of a company are left at the hands of a single person , it could demonstrate an act of individual priority and thought process , a system which is ruled by the whims and fantasies of a person which can be good or bad.If that person is corrupt and bad in his/her juggemental powers it can bring miseries for the subordinate employees under him/her.
A company has some policies and rules to follow in order to be streamlined and consequently to be successful.A company devoid of any single person responsible for overseeing this is required , beacuse for a large organization where there are so many employees we have to be careful that the employees ae adhering to the standards of the company.A new joinee always needs guidance and mentorship for which dedicated persons should be there .All the successful companies in the world have some kind of heirarchy maintained with their corresponding level of supervision.
Supervision not only regualates the working of any indiviual , it also inculcates within a person a motivational , inspirational and responsible attitude.The supervisor is an ideal person whom an employee can follow and acquire his abilities ,in the process which can help him to be a supervisor.The role of a supervisor as a role model is always necessary for a person to grow up in the ladder of his career.
While autonomy today appears to be the prevailing conflict in an organization when it comes to choosing a form of work atmosphere has many comlications and drawbacks that is absent in a heirarchical structure.Maintaining heirarchical structure is cumbersome but in the long run it has full proof benefits and perks.
