We need to find M/M+F

stmt1,

33% of M and 20% of females are transferred from another college.

We dont know abt number of Males and Females.

Insufficient.

stmt2,

25% of graduating students are transferred from another college.

We dont know abt number of Males and Females.

Insufficient.

Combining 1 and 2,

0.33M+0.2F=0.25(M+F)

we can find the ration from the above equation.

Sufficient.
