Profile Evaluation - IIT Grad 2 yrs. PE + 2 yrs. consulting

Hi, I have already started my application process a month ago based on the feedbacks I received from various B school alumni.
For sometime, I have been considering an expert opinion on my profile. Your evaluation of my profile would be greatly appreciated, I am targeting top 2 EU and top 3 US B schools. Thanks in advance.

2002 - 2007: IIT Madras - B.Tech & M.Tech (Dual Degree), Biotechnology - 7.8/10
Interned at IISc Bangalore and Max-Planck Institute, Germany - pulication in Nature Genetics
Master's Thesis - Harvard Medical School, Boston

Jul 07 - Oct 08: Deloitte Consulting, Hyderabad - Business Analyst, Banking & Financial Services, Strategy & Operations; did exhaustive year-round community service as part of CSR
Nov 08 - Jun 09: Milagrow Business & Knowledge Solutions, National Capital Region - Consultant, Small & Medium enterprises focused consulting
Oct 09 - Current: Technology focused private equity firm in Pune- Associate, supported fund raising, due diligence and operations at portfolio companies; supervising two MBA interns; plan to continue here till b-school admissions

Others: CFA Level III candidate, GMAT - 720 (50q/37v)

it's probably because the information provided is not enough to do a basic evaluation. These details are like an abridged resume. We need more details like what you did, what your role was (not designation), what did you contribute at work etc... What are you outside of work?

In addition, 3 US schools can mean anything: among top 10? top 50? What's your career goal?
