Hi friends,
I need a little help in analyzing my future prospects for MBA from a top 20 US B-school. It would be very useful for me in going ahead with MBA school evaluation fit to my profile.
To give you a background, I have scored a mere 670(49Q,34V) in my second attempt at GMAT. I am an Indian national having 6 years of work experience in Insurance domain. I have worked as business analyst and management roles in Life and Group Insurance business in India for 4.5 years. I also have international exposure to Life insurance business through my current profile as a business consultant in Malaysia.
My past academics are just average with 87% in Class X and 82% in Class XII, graduated from Indian Institute of Technology with CGPA of 7.4/10 (which maps to 2.4 as per US standards).
I would request expert views in highlighting the positives and negatives in my current profile and my chances of getting into a top 20 US B-school. Any honest opinion is most welcome.
Many many thanks in advance.
