The question that you ask is almost an impossible one for anyone (other than yourself) to answer. The two paths are very different!! You need to consider the type of career that you would like. Do you enjoy technology and technology management or are you more interested in marketing (which often involves pricing decisions, branding, product placement and sales elements - but, "marketing" is a broad field as is "technology management").

Generally, an MBA is a broader degree and will be more helpful as you progress in a career. Business schools usually provide plenty of opportunities for you to learn about different careers and will also enable you to have an internship so that you can further refine your goals. However, you will not be admitted to a business school (at least not a good one) unless you can articulate what it is you hope to do with the degree (and why you need to degree). I'd put some thought into this and perhaps have a few discussions with professionals in various fields so that you can better understand your options.
