Hi
Please suggest the chances of my attending any of the Top 20 B-Schools . Here is the brief of my Profile
Indian / Male / 28
B.Tech in Electronics and Communication ( 67%)
GMAT - 710
Work Experience - IT and Telecommunication / 4 years
Companies / Organizations Worked for
- Bharti Airtel
- TCS
- Accenture
Progression from Team Member to Team Lead was pretty quick.
Certifications :
Six Sigma Green Belt
CFA Level - 1
CFA Level - 2 Candidate
Several Certifications from NSE ( National Stock Exchange)
7 months back , i had quit my job at the IT firm that i was working for , to follow my passion for Investments . I had given full time to Stock Market Invetsments that have been working good for me . In the meantime i acquired several certifications that are offered by the NSE (National Stock Exchange). So , i am not sure if this will turn out to be a negative in my case .
Co-curricular Activities - Active participation in Sports at the State Level
Career Goals - Entrepreneurship
Will the B-Schools (here i am talking in General - not necessarily Top 20 B-Schools) consider my leaving the job and working on my own a weak point in my profile ?
Yours views will be highly appreciative .
Would you suggest any Certification like CABM that will make my profile strong enough to be considered .Since i plan to apply next year , if my GMAT is insufficient , then i can work for a better score as well
Thanks & Regards,
VB
