680 GMAT - What Tier School Would I Fit?

I'd say I'm a typical engineer profile. Have had Business minor, 3.5GPA graduate engineering degree with 680 GMAT. Although I'm a tad older at 32, I'm wondering where would I fit? Should I re-do GMAT to get 700+ for TOP 25?

I worked in professional environment for 8 years in Fortune 100 company, but in a big corporation, it's hard for lower level engineer to get any leadership experience. I led only 1 project. Some people say with 680, I should focus on profile and essay development. What would be your advice?

If you have only taken the test once or twice, and since there is time for R1/R2 deadlines, I would suggest that you take the test again and try to score a 90%+.
