Most MBA programs require that Applicants have some background in Calculus and basic Statistics. If you didn't take those classes during your undergraduate studies, then you'll likely have to take them before starting your MBA program (through a community college or local school).

Neither precalculus nor calculus are tested on the GMAT.

Definitely take calculus. That said - if you don't have any background in the subject, then you might have to take precalc first. You want a solid grade in Calc to show adcoms and that's usually a B/B+ and above. Might want to consider econ too!

If you're only taking 2 classes, I'd recommend stats and calc. Micro/macro are really important but most programs are going to have you run through that anyway. Calc will be really important in understanding economics so definitely take that. Also, if you're looking to do anything even remotely associated with analytics, then having a basic stats background will help you get to more complex topics quickly. For example, you can't just jump into regressions models if you don't know correlation.

As for taking courses at a community college or a more prestigious program, that comes down to why you're doing what you're doing. If the goal is to just plug your transcript, then a community college is definitely good enough. Also, if you learn better in person, then go that route. However, if you're looking to set yourself up on the right foot going into your MBA, then you can explore other programs, some of which might be online.
