Dear coffee5251,

Your dates of employment at your previous company end when you officially terminated (at the end of your leave). If a school calls to verify dates, that is the date they will give as your end date since that is your official date of termination. The company should not disclose you were on medical leave as that is a violation of your privacy. Thus it should not be an issue.

Good luck,
Lisa
