Use of who versus that

I am fairly confident that "that" CAN, although doesn't usually, modify a person. However, "which" can never modify a person.

Correct: "This is the woman whom I am going to marry."
Also correct: "This is the man that I was telling you about."
Incorrect: "Let's go find the person which we are looking for."
