Hi!

I've heard several times that having been promoted at work will have a positive impact on one's candidacy.
In my 4 years of work experience I've had two promotions. What's the best way to address them in my application? Including them in my resumé? Address them in my essays?

Thanks!
GMF

Both.
In your resume I would suggest firstly making a separate entry for each position to emphasize the promotion. Plus add a bullet point for each promotion. And yes, you can also double this up in your application for extra impact.
