If you were to apply in the US, there would be an advantage, because US schools want to offer seats to people who are easy to employ after school. One hangup schools have ritght now is international students being hard to employ by US companies due to visa issues. Dual citizenship circumnavigates this problem. As for EU schools, you might see a similar reaction, as many opportunities exist to work for US companies. They may find it attractive that you can work in either economy.

I think it would be an advantage. Firstly, if you only had a US passport you may be up against a more competitive applicant pool (e.g. at LBS the biggest group by nationality are Americans - not Indians). EU b-schools also value an international background. Moreover, if you're from a small EU country you may have a further advantage (b-schools love to claim they have 60+ nationalities in their program, so if you're the only one from a small country then you may be lucky!).
