In this sentence, impose and require must be parallel to each other as these are the aspects of insurance plans. Restrictive clause "that" is required in this context. -ing modifiers are not appropriate to this context.

So, eliminate A, B. Eliminate C because it is awkward. Eliminate E because it shows that require and spend are same aspects which actually is not.

However, i don't see D a sensible option either. ".., and spending" is just too awkward.

Is the sentence transcribed properly?

Bro, If deepak(Testluv) sees this chain of posts he is gonna be bit "annoyed" as none of the post for the past 3 days are of OG level , leave the OG level ..not even of Kaplan r Manhattan Level..
