Perimeter = x + x + x + 3x + 3x = 9x

If x is 2/3 of an inch, what is the perimeter of the pentagon?
Take 9x and replace x with 2/3 to get...
Perimeter = 9x = (9)(2/3) = 18/3 = 6

Answer: B
