GIVEN:
w + 2x = 150
2w + 3y = 100
x + 3z = 50

If we add all 3 equations, we get: 3w + 3x + 3y + 3z = 300
Divide both sides by 3 to get: w + x + y + z = 100

Answer: D

We can add the 3 equations together, and we have:

3w + 3x + 3y + 3z = 150 + 100 + 50

3w + 3x + 3y + 3z = 300

w + x + y + z = 100

Answer: D
