Given: $0.60 = the price of ONE ice cream bar
Let x = the price of ONE sundae

125 ice-cream bars and 125 sundaes cost a total of $200.00
We can write: 125(0.60) + 125x = 200
Factor to get: 125(0.60 + x) = 200
Divide both sides by 125 to get: 0.60 + x = 200/125

Since 200/125 = 8/5 = 1.6, we can write: 0.60 + x = 1.60
Solve to get: x = $1.00

Answer: C

Solution:

If we let x = the price of each sundae, we can create the cost equation:

125(0.6) + 125x = 200

75 + 125x = 200

125x = 125

x = 1
