I am not personally familar with the program but you can see average GMAT and selectivity here:

Whether it is a good school or not really depends on your needs. Some of the less selective regional programs are perfect for people who are staying in the area and need an MBA to help them achieve specific professional goals for much less money. Placements are the kind of thing you may find from the website or by calling their career services office.
