Info from Q - x is a multiple of 6, which means x =6k and so x will definitely contain factors - 2 & 3. ||ly Y is a multiple of 14 means y will have 7 and 2 as factors. Now for xy to be a multiple of 105 there needs to be 3,5 and 7 as factors. Now as per the Q info we have 3 and 7 as factors. So any stmt which says that any of the numbers has a factor 5 then that needs to be considered.
From both stmts we can see tht stmt2 clearly states tht y has 5 as a factor. So ans is B.
