If X were not an integer than X^3 could be a fraction such that the cubed root of x were equal to 1/2 and Y=10. Or if x were an integer than y=5 without knowing that the data is insufficient. That is the best I can come up with not sure if it is correct, but I think so.

One way of looking at this could be to factorize 5000 which is 2*2*2*5*5*5*5.
