Let total number of faculty = x, total number of students is then 9x

Female faculty = x/4 , male faculty = 3x/4
Female students = (2/3)9x = 6x, male students = 3x

So, total people = students + faculty = 10x
Number of females = x/4 + 6x = 25x/4

Ratio = 25/40 = 5/8
