n=1, then the tenth digit is 0, that is the same of 1/1
n=10, then the tenth digit is 0, that is different of 1/10 = 1.
n=3, then the tenth digit is 0, that is different of 1/3 = 3
You have only one option, n=1
Lets take some examples for 2
n=1, then the hundredth digit is 0, that is the same of 1/1
n=10, then the hundredth digit is 0, that is the same of 1/10 = 0.
n=3, then the hundredth digit is 0, that is different from 1/3 = 3
You have two options, n=1 or n=10
So, for me answer is A
