Hi,

I think the answer is C...but I am just curious what is the value of x...


(1), 2) combined...

X^5 = x^4/2,
X^4(2X -1) =0

is it 1/2 ?

Using 1 and 2

x5 = x4 / (x4+1) = x4/2

So, x4 + 1 = 2 or x4 = 1

x4 = x3/2 = x2/4 = x1/8

So, x1 = 8*x4 = 8
