This question should be posted in the DS Sub-Forum here: https://www.beatthegmat.com/data-sufficiency-f7.html
This question can be solved by TESTing VALUES and some basic arithmetic.
We're asked if X is greater than 2. This is a YES/NO question.
1) 5X = 15
From this Fact, we can see that there's 1 simple variable and 1 equation, so there's just 1 answer. Regardless of what the answer actually is, we CAN answer the given prompt. As it stands, X = 3, so the answer to the question is YES.
Fact 1 is SUFFICIENT
2) |X^2 - 3X + 2| < 5
IF...
X = 0, then the answer to the question is NO.
X = 3, then the answer to the question is YES.
Fact 2 is INSUFFICIENT
Final Answer: A
