What is the perimeter of the Rhombus?

1.Area of PQRS is 390 square cm.
2.Diagonal PR is 26 cm.

You just need one side.

1) There are many different Rhombuses that have areas of 390.
2) Same as above, you would need both diagonals

Putting them together you have 2 isosceles triangles created by the diagonal. Each triangle has a base of 26 and area of 195. You can then calculate the height, or half of the other diagonal. This would get you your answer.

BTW, this does not strike me as a GMAT problem only because the calculation would actually be messy, usually you will get clean numbers.
