Is n divisible by 7?

Stem1 : n-3 = 2K can be written as n=2k+3, so there any multiple values for k & n and those may or may not be divisible by 7. so this is not sufficient.

Stem2: 2K-4 is divisible by 7, so K = 9, 16 etc., but this doesn't tell anything about n. so this is also not sufficient.

By using both statements, n is divisible by 7. So the answer is C.

What is the OA ?
