If x and y are positive integers, what is the value of xy?

I the greatest common factor of x and y is 10

II the list common multiple of x and y is 180

Answer should be C.

Product of 2 numbers = LCM * GCD

xy = LCM (x&y) * GCD (x&y)

xy = 10*180 = 1800
