if a, b and c are integers, whats the value of a?

a. (a-7)(b-7)(c-7)=0
b. bc = 18

1)a=7 or b=7 or c=7 , so INSUF

2)bc=18 , INSUFF

from 1&2, b!=7 and c!=7 , hence a=7 ..SUFF

both statements together are suff.

from a .... > (A-7)= 0 OR (B-7)=0 OR (c-7)=0 MEANING A=7 OR B=7 OR C=7. SINCE BC=18 AND 7 IS NOT A FACTOR OF 18, NEITHER B NOR C IS 7 . MEANING A MUST BE 7.
