I)

It could be 108 or 180 and be an odd integer.

Insuff

II)

45 * 2 = 90

45 * 4 = 180

45 * 6 = 270

The only number it can be between 100 and 200 and give an even integer when divided by 45 is 180.

Suff

So B should be the answer, not C.

Statement 1: n/36 could be 3 or 5 => n could ne 108 or 180..Insuff

Statementt 2: n/45 could be 4 => n could be 180..only value possible..
