hundredths’ digit type of question

Source: forum, like 1000 DS, not usre if is in this forum tough... :?

If digit h is the hundredths’ digit in the decimal d=0.2h6, what is the value of d, rounded to the nearest tenth?
(1) d <
(2) h < 5

if d < 0.25, the value of d rounded to the nearest 10th would be 0.2 no matter what the value of h is (4,3,2,1 or 0), so thats sufficient.

if h < 5, the value of d rounded to the nearest 10th would be 0.2 no matter what the value of h is (4,3,2,1 or 0), so thats also sufficient.
