how much did each product company pay

for product A = 21 scenes * x dollars
for product b = 7 scenes * x dollars
for product C = 4 scenes * x dollars
for product D - 3 scenes * x dollars

now lets look at statement 1
A+B = 560,000
so
21X + 7X = 560,000
So you ca solve for X and then calculate the value of 3X which is the amount paid for product D and hence statement 1 is sufficient

now lets look at statement 1

B - C = 60,000
so
7X - 4X = 60,000
3X = 60,000
But 3X is nothing but what was paid for product D
and hence statement 2 is sufficient
