moneyman,
the qs is saying - sq.rt(x-3)^2 i.e. (x - 3) or -(x - 3) just like sqrt(4) = 2 or -2.
Now with the stmt-1, x not eq 3 -> x can be > 3 so x - 3 is positive or x can be <3>0 means x is negative and thus x <3> 0. so this is sufficient. so imo b.
Correct me If I am wrong
