Any help on the following question would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
If x and y are integers and x > 0, is y > 0?
(1) 7x - 2y > 0
(2) -y < x
I think both statements are independently sufficient to answer the question, and so I believe the answer is D, but the answer is apparently E.
