DS Question - Number properties

If n is an integer and 100 < n <200, what is the value of n?
(1) n/36 is an odd integer.
(2) n/45 is an even integer.

Given , 100<n<200 and n is an interger

From (1):
n/36 is an ODD integer
=> n is a multiple of 36 and also 100<n<200
=> 36*3=108 , 36*4=144, 36*5=180
=> n could be 108 or 180
So, INSUFFICIENT

From (2):
n/45 is an EVEN integer
=> n is a multiple of 45 and also 100<n<200
=> 45*3=135 , 45*4=180
=> n should be 180 , because n/45 is an even integer
So, SUFFICIENT

Hence option (B)

But the OA says (C)..Please help me to explain the OA

From my calculation B is correct. I don't see how statement 1 is necessary.

B is indeed correct !
It can't be C....B is surely sufficient given the boundaries of n.
