Product of Integers

A certain list consist of several different integers. Is the product of all the integers in the list postive?

(i) The product of the greatest and the smllest of the integer in the list id positive.
(ii) There is even number of integer in the list.

Can any one help me solve it and how? Looks simple I couldn't solve it.
