Suggest me a prep course.

by GAAP » Fri Dec 24, 2010 9:13 pm
Hello.

I need some help picking a prep course that will meet my needs. All I need on the GMAT is a 540ish, reasonably manageable from my research. However, its been a long time since I have looked at geometry, grammer, etc. Should I go Kaplan, Princeton, or Manhattan, or ? What's best course for a score of 540.

Thanks.

Hi Gaap,

You didn't state exactly when you're taking the GMAT. If you have sufficient time, I suggest taking a mock to see where you are placed. You might already be at a 540. Plus, with a bit of brushing up of concepts and grammar, you might get there. If after that, you think you still need to join an institute for coaching, I would request others to advise since I'm not an expert on this (you might want to do a search on the forums for similar discussions in the past too).

Hi Gaap,

I agree with jitsy. I would also suggest starting out with taking a mock GMAT to see where you stand and then go from there. PM me if you have any questions.
