Question - if the ice of Greenland and Antartica were to melt, the sea level would rise at least 100 feet or more

In my opinion the answer should be B.
When you say at least, "more" is implicit. Hence ' or more' is redundant. Cross out options A and C.
D incorrectly uses the continuous tense. Hence, its out.
