A seems to the best answer here.

B - passive sentence
C - No meaning in the sentence. increased annually five to ten percent.
D - awkward
E - Does not make sense.

"Native of" is used for a individual while "Native to" is used for a large group

I don't think B is a passive sentence.
B can be simplified as "percentage is the increase"
