Help me do my strategy !

Hai guys...

I have given my GMAT twice - 640 ( V31,Q47 ), 620 ( V28,Q47 )

Have done :
OG 13,
MGMAT guides

In all my preps scored between 690-740..


I think I should really do either Gmat Pill or E-gmat for Verbal ...

From several posts, I understand E-gmat is great for SC and CR and Gmat Pill for RC

Really want to know your views on this...

Also I am really stuck with Quant,even after doing all the MGMAT guides, at 47..

Kindly suggest all that I can do to boost my score...
