Hi,

I am an indian IT male with gmat score of 650 and 7 years of work experience with Infosys technologies.
Decent Acads 92% in my XII, 82% in my class X, 72% in my B.E(bachelor of engineering),Good Extracurriculars.
Out of the 7 years iof experience ,I have 4 years of International experience with a Belgium Telco.
I applied for ISB and SP jain for the class of 2014.
I got admitted to the Vlerick business school in Belgium for the class of sep 2013.
But the only problem for me is the cost.I will be investing around 30,00,000 Rupees for Vlerick.
But the alumni say that the placement assistance is not so good.
So i am a bit confused now. Should i wait for SP jain and ISB?
What do you think are my chances for these 2 schools?

regards,
Kiran

Kiran-

your advantage is that you have an admissions offer. you could potentially leverage this by mentioning it to the other schools in the application process. Additionally, you might consider going back to them for a deferred admission to give you time to apply elsewhere. You definitely don't want to spend a bunch of money somewhere if you are questioning the results. Going for the MBA is largely about getting that first post MBA job to set your trajectory. If you are unable to get off the launchpad, you could be set up for disappointment. See if you can get them to agree to defer your admission for a year and see where you get with your target schools.
