Firstly, a brief introduction abt my work exp.
I have been working as a SW engg in Telecomm-IT Industry for more than 3 yrs now, designing and developing CRM applications using Siebel. I have done my Siebel Certification from Oracle Corporation.
Now, I'm planning for further studies which will help me in progressing my career path in the CRM industry. Being a Techno-functional person, I have decided to stick to functional domain rather than opting for a career switch(Sales, Finance).
I would really appreciate, if anyone can help me out choosing an MBA stream which will be suitable for my career path. Also would like to know if there is any specialization in CRM?
