Global Event Essay

Sir,Could You please help with this essay .
Discuss how and why a global event that occurred in the past two years has influenced or impacted the way you think about leadership. (500 words)
Do we just elaborate on the change in the way we thought about relationship or do we have to illustrate the change with a leadership example from my career history

The ideal story will show a change not only in thought but in ACTION. It doesn't HAVE to be a leadership story, it could be lots of other things, but if you DO have one that fits, it could be a not bad idea.

Could i write about how this global event changed my definition of leadership .What is my present definition of leadership and contrast it with my past definition of leadership.

Absolutely. It seems an important part of the question, but also don't entirely neglect things you have DONE. Somehow we want to see this reflected int he REAL world as well.
