If 2 digit integers M and N are positive and have the same digits, but in reverse order, which of the following CANNOt be the sum of M and N?

181
165
121
99
44

any easier way of doint this instead of trying to find the answers of each like I did?!?

say M = xy
say N = yx
thus: M + N = (10x + y) + (10y + x) => 11x + 11y = 11(x+y)

So you should look for a number which 11 is a factor of. only 181 does not satisfy this ;) hope it helps.
