What percentage of the agents at Best Be Safe insurance company sell insurance for cars but not boats?

1) Ninety percent of the agents at Best Be Safe sell insurance for cars, and 55% of the agents at Best Be Safe do not sell insurance for boats

2) The number of agents at Best Be Safe who sell insurance for boats is half the number of agents who sell insurance for cars
