Hi,
Let's say he is selling 100 ounces for 100$
But now he sells 80 ounces for 100$
So, price of 100 ounces is 125$
So, he is selling 100 ounces for 125$ while earlier he used to sell it for 100$
So, percentage increase is 25

Hence, E
