I think the ans is E.
not enough information is present to calculate the area of triangle.
what is OA?

did u try using Hero' formula S=(a+b+c)* 0.5

I am getting area is less than 20 !!

Tried couple of random values of X,Y,Z satisfying the given conditions on both extremes.

IMO C...

Answer E
If it were a isosceles right triangle with the right angle opposite the side measuring z units, its area would be (13/2)^2/2 =169/8 > 20. Thus, if the angle opposite the side measuring z units were slightly more than 90º, the area could still be more than 20. Of course, the area could be considerably less than 20 if the other two sides were vastly different in length, so the answer is E
