total snake sales = 3 * 2.25 + 4* 1.5 + 2*1 = 14.75

the average per ticket = 14.75 / 10 = 1.475

to the nearst cent means rounded to the nearst hundredth ( the second decimal ) .

since it is 5 so we round up 1.475 to 1.48
