Is it
{D}
?

a + b + c + d + e = 14x5 --(1)

To find: (c+d+e)/3

Statement 1: (a+b) = 5x2
10 + c + d + e = 70
c+d+e = 60
Average = 60/3= 20
SUFFICIENT

Statement 2:

(a+b)/2 = (c+d+e)/3*4
(a+b) = (c+d+e)/6
Substitute in (1)
SUFFICIENT
